After going through multiple incarnations, Nike Kobe 9 gets a more modest look for everyday wear on or off the court with the new Kobe 9 Mid EXT version. No FlyKnit or wrestling boot-looks here. Basic black is where it’s at here. Everything comes together with subtly here with a snakeskin-embossed leather upper, reflective chrome accents on the midsole and mean gum bottom.
The only negative with these bad boys would be the price tag, which is $225. Smart money says wait it out and catch them for when they show up at half price later down the line like every other $180+ pair of basketball kicks coming out right now that doesn’t have a Jumpman logo.
